The Conners’ Neville Gets New Job in Season 7 Episode 3 Clip

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Conners Season 7 clip from the upcoming third episode of its final installment. Directed by Jody Margolin Hahn from a script written by Shelley Dennis, the next episode titled “Applications, Accusations and a Man-Bag” officially debuts today on ABC.

“After a sudden turn of events, the Conner family is forced to face the daily struggles of life in a way they never have before. This iconic family continues to demonstrate that laughter, conversation and love can overcome anything,” reads the show’s official synopsis.

What happens in The Conners Season 7 Episode 3 clip?

The video features the main cast, including John Goodman‘s Dan, Laurie Metcalf’s Jackie, Sara Gilbert’s Darlene, and Lecy Goranson’s Becky, who can be seen playing cards with Jackie’s husband Neville, portrayed by Nat Faxon. The titular family makes fun of Neville’s childish jacket, which he revealed to be his uniform for his new veterinary job at the zoo.

“Jackie decides to rejoin the police force despite everyone’s concerns. Darlene grows more skeptical about Mark’s secretive behavior. Meanwhile, Dan and Becky wade through uncomfortable conversations about Roseanne’s addiction issues and death,” reads the logline for the newest episode.

The Conners served as the continuation of the Roseanne Barr-led sitcom, titled Roseanne, which lasted for nine seasons from 1988 to 1997. The sequel show is created and executive produced by Bruce Helford, Bruce Rasmussen, and Dave Caplan. It also stars Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jay R. Ferguson, Katey Sagal, Nat Faxon, and more. New episodes premiere on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. If you miss a premiere, you can watch episodes on demand and on Hulu the day following their premieres.
